My Primal Trust Review

In my own chronic healing illness journey I have done some great brain retraining programs such as DNRS, Gupta Program and more. But unfortunately those programs weren’t enough for me. I was able to find safety around my physical symptoms, but the programs didn’t teach me how to work with my highly sensitive nervous system and automatic stress response. They also did not have a trauma component, something Primal Trust importantly highlights. Trauma and chronic illness are very intertwined due to the affects on the nervous system.

Overall, Primal Trust teaches you how to rewire your nervous system so that pain, fatigue, and nervous system dysregulation resolves. You learn how to return to feeling like you! While these syndromes are complex, nervous system dysregulation, trauma, and stress patterns are at the core. My personal review is that Primal Trust is a great program.

Dr. Cat is The Real Deal

While I don’t know Dr. Cat personally, I am inspired by her story. Dr. Cat went from very sick (with her own trauma history) to finding health again by doing the practices she preaches- nervous system work & brain retraining. Her teachings within the program are clear and make sense. Nervous system regulation shouldn’t be complicated. Overall, she is an inspiring person, relatable, the real deal, and someone I personally respect.
