Recording Policy For Trainings

To support learning and provide flexibility for participants, this workshop will be recorded. By registering for and participating in this workshop presented by Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan, you acknowledge and agree to the following recording policy:

  • This workshop will be recorded, and this will be disclosed on the workshop registration page.
  • The workshop recording may be edited and offered as a self-paced educational course for future purchase or educational use.
  • The primary focus of all recordings will be on the presenters, Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan and their presentation materials.
  • Participants who prefer not to be recorded are encouraged to keep their cameras and microphones turned off during recorded portions of the workshop. If a participant voluntarily speaks during the live workshop, their audio may be captured in the live recording. 
  • Registered participants will receive access to the recording for 60 days following the workshop.
  • Access to the recording is provided solely for each participant’s personal educational use. Participants may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, share, post, or use the recording or workshop materials for teaching, commercial, or training purposes without the prior written permission of Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan.
  • All workshop materials, including recordings, slides, handouts, and presentation content, are the intellectual property of Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan. The presenters reserve the right to edit, reproduce, license, distribute, and sell the workshop recording and related educational materials in any format.
  • While every effort will be made to ensure a high-quality recording, technical difficulties may occasionally occur. Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan are not responsible for interruptions or technical issues affecting the recording.
