Terms & Conditions For Trainings

Acceptance of Terms: By registering for this training, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Refund Policy and Recording Policy.

Registration: Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access to the training is intended only for the registered participant.

Training Access: Participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and access to the required online platform (e.g., Zoom). We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including slides, handouts, worksheets, videos, recordings, and other content, are the intellectual property of Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan and are protected by copyright laws.

Registration grants participants a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own personal educational purposes only.

Participants may not reproduce, record, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, share, or use any course materials or recordings for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Educational Purpose: This training is provided solely for educational purposes. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship, supervisory relationship, or consultation relationship with the presenters. Participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and practicing within the scope of their education, training, licensure, and applicable ethical guidelines.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipora Weissman and Farah Sultan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in this training or use of the training materials.

Changes to the Training: We reserve the right to modify the training schedule, presenters, content, or format when reasonably necessary. Participants will be notified of any material changes.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Account Sharing: Registration is for one individual only. Sharing Zoom links, recordings, passwords, or other course materials with individuals who have not registered is prohibited.
